We are looking for Cook II (Waterfall) to join our team!
Assist in preparing and cooking Italian or Mediterranean dishes (e.g. pasta, seafood, salads, grills) following recipes and presentation standards. Support daily mise en place and setup for lunch and dinner service. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at your workstation. Work closely with the Chef de Partie and team to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Follow portion control and minimize food waste. Assist with receiving and storing ingredients properly.
Requirement
1–2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in Italian, Mediterranean, or Western cuisine.
