Logistics Scheduler. RESPONSIBILITIES: Quickly answers calls and emails, schedules and confirms jobs, and inputs customer data into company systems Manage daily operations of the route and distribution activities of the fleet to ensure that customers, assets and service requirements are employed efficiently Communicates delivery schedule to drivers daily. Monitor jobs completion to ensure compliance and completion. Tracking, data entry, and filing of records and paperwork. Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues. Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes. REQUIREMENTS: GCE O Level and above Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics scheduling or supply chain planning role Proficient in using logistics management software and data analysis tools Knowledge of transportation regulations, customs procedures and industry best practices OTHER INFORMATION: Location: Ubi Working Days/Hours: 6 days/Office hours Salary: Up till $3,800 + bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications) The Company strives to achieve employee satisfaction and provides conducive working environment, attractive incentives and remuneration to all staff.
