The Job:
Training Design & Delivery
Develop and deliver training sessions on GenAI platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney) Customise learning pathways for business functions (e.g. marketing, design, operations) Conduct live workshops, webinars, and one-to-one coaching
Curriculum Development
Design structured training content, including case studies, exercises, and assessments Keep content updated with latest GenAI tools, practices, and regulatory considerations
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with department leads to identify training needs Gather feedback and adjust programmes for relevance and effectiveness
Coaching & Enablement
Provide individual and group coaching on applied GenAI use Support adoption through practical examples and productivity hacks
Requirements
The Person:
2-4 years' experience in training, coaching, or L&D roles Demonstrated expertise in GenAI tools (ChatGPT, image/video AI tools, automation frameworks) Strong communication and facilitation skills Experience designing learning materials, e-learning platforms, or blended learning Creative, adaptable, and up-to-date with emerging AI practices Based in Singapore
