JOB DESCRIPTION: Issue quotations based on customers' requirements and follow up on quotations and purchase orders. Prepare delivery and invoicing documents for daily deliveries and email to customers. Review delivery orders and invoices to identify any errors before delivery. Keeping track of the sales team's communication with customers. Liaising with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance. To handle purchase orders and ensure products are ordered and delivered promptly.
