Private Client Sales Manager . This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in clienteling, luxury sales, or premium brand management who thrives on building meaningful relationships and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to acquire, engage, and retain HNW and private clients. Build long-term, trusted relationships by providing personalized service and tailored brand experiences. Drive revenue growth through clienteling, referrals, and exclusive sales activations. Partner with marketing and brand teams to design bespoke events, private launches, and VIP experiences. Monitor sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. 8+ years of proven success in private client sales, luxury retail, hospitality, or FMCG premium segment. Strong client network and ability to engage HNW individuals with credibility and discretion. Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills; polished and confident communicator. A passion for luxury, lifestyle, and creating elevated client experiences. Results-driven with strong commercial acumen.
