About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic
Restaurant Manager
to lead daily operations in a high-energy dining and entertainment environment. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, team performance, and delivering exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Oversee full
restaurant operations , including service, kitchen coordination, and guest experience Lead, train, and motivate service and kitchen teams Drive
sales performance, revenue growth, and upselling initiatives Manage
cost control, P&L performance, and inventory management Ensure compliance with
Singapore food safety (SFA), NEA regulations, and licensing requirements Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally Plan staff scheduling and manpower allocation Support marketing initiatives and promotions to increase footfall Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors Conduct regular stock checks and ensure inventory accuracy Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards are maintained Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in
high-volume or multi-concept outlets
preferred Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability Good financial acumen (P&L, cost control, inventory) Familiar with Singapore F&B regulations and licensing requirements Able to work in a fast-paced environment Willing to work weekends and public holidays Additional Information
