Role Description This full-time, on-site Operations Administrator role is based in Singapore. The Operations Administrator will oversee daily office operations, assist in administrative tasks, handle client communications, ensure smooth project management workflows, and provide exceptional customer support. Coordination with design and renovation teams will also be a key component of this role to help maintain operational efficiency. Qualifications Proficiency in Operations Management and Administrative Assistance to manage office workflows, schedules, and tasks efficiently Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective client interactions and maintaining positive relationships Solid Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process improvement within operational activities Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office and project management systems is a plus Experience in the interior design or renovation industry will be an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
