The Dental Assistant prepares a working space in a dental facility for dental examinations and procedures. Job duties include the preparation of dental instruments and materials for the dentist and ensuring they are properly sterilised. He/She also handles administrative tasks, such as scheduling of appointments and filing dental records. Assist Dentists during dental treatment Assist in performing of dental radiography Assist to order dental supplies when supplies are low in stock Educate patients on dental and post-operative care Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling Handle telephone and walk-in enquiries Mix material for fillings Perform general administrative duties Prepare and sterilise dental instruments and equipment Willing to work saturdays
