Fund Accountant (Private Markets), Singapore

We are seeking an experienced Fund Accountant with 3–5 years of experience in private market or alternative funds. This is a hands-on accounting and administration role covering fund accounting, investor reporting, and operational processes for private equity, private credit, or other alternative fund structures.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare NAV calculations, financial statements, and investor reports Process capital calls, distributions, and reconciliations accurately and on time Maintain fund records, supporting schedules, and documentation in accordance with fund requirements Support audit, tax, and regulatory reporting as required Assist in process improvement and system optimization within fund accounting workflows Utilize fund administration systems for day-to-day accounting and reporting tasks
Requirements: 3–5 years of fund accounting or administration experience in private markets or alternative investments Strong knowledge of fund structures, investment accounting, and investor reporting Proficient in fund administration platforms or accounting systems Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines Strong teamwork and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
