Learning & Development Manager / HR Executive / HR Assistance, Singapore

Role Description This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of human resources and learning initiatives that enhance employee performance and organizational effectiveness. The position will focus on coordinating training programs, assisting in talent development strategies, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. Key responsibilities include identifying learning needs, organizing and delivering training sessions, maintaining employee records, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. The role also involves assisting in performance management activities, promoting employee engagement, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are consistently applied. A strong emphasis is placed on fostering a positive workplace culture, improving employee capabilities, and supporting continuous organizational growth. Qualifications · Strong understanding of human resources functions and learning & development practices · Ability to coordinate and deliver training programs effectively · Good organizational and time management skills · Strong interpersonal and communication abilities · Proficiency in handling HR documentation and administrative tasks · Ability to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives · Familiarity with performance management and employee development processes · Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills · Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
