Supervise daily on-site construction activities and workforce coordination Ensure work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and schedules Monitor project progress and report updates, delays, or issues to the Project Manager Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and workmanship standards Resolve on-site technical and operational issues promptly Maintain site records, daily reports, and documentation Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials Support project planning and scheduling activities when required
