Duties: Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve mobility, self-care, and functional skills Train patients in adaptive techniques and use of assistive devices Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation and safety practices Conduct home/workplace assessments and recommend modifications where needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for patient care and discharge planning Maintain proper documentation, progress notes, and therapy reports Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety guidelines, and policies Working hours: Mon-Fri office hours
