Nurse (Clinic Operations Support), Singapore

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable individual with a nursing or healthcare background to support both clinical and administrative operations in the clinic. This is a hybrid role involving general nursing & operational support, front desk and administrative support, as well as clinic support. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support
Assist visiting consultants during patient consultations, examinations, and procedures
Prepare consultation rooms, equipment, and necessary materials prior to each session
Perform basic nursing duties within scope of practice, including taking vital signs, patient preparation, and chaperoning where required
Support minor procedures as directed and ensure proper handling of clinical equipment
Ensure accurate documentation and handling of patient information in accordance with clinic protocols
Front Desk & Administrative Support
Provide front desk support as required, including patient registration and appointment scheduling
Handle general enquiries (walk-in, phone, or digital channels)
Assist with administrative duties where assigned
Ensure accuracy and completeness of patient records
General Nursing & Operational Support
Support general nursing duties across the clinic as required, including but not limited to blood taking, IV cannulation, and spirometry, in accordance with established protocols and within the Employee's training, competency, and scope of practice
Assist in maintaining cleanliness, stock levels, and readiness of clinical areas
Comply with all clinical, operational, and safety protocols
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the clinic's e-trolley and support audit readiness, including MOH audits, by ensuring proper documentation, organisation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
And other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
