Oversee the daily operations in the warehouse Lead and supervise à team of store assistants/storekeepers to achieve departmental goals and KPIs Ensure 100% inventory accuracy at all times Ensure that the operations team complies to HSE rules & regulations Chair regular toolbox meetings with the operations team

Staff Matters/Discipline Issue Warning Letters Approve/Reject Leave Applications
Skills Required
Good Knowledge of WMS, SAP or any other related warehouse application systems Good Leadership Capabilities Good Planning Skillsets Manpower & Resource Managment Skills
Experience And Qualification
Min.2 years of experience in a supervisory function Certificate/Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Managment or other certifications in a similar discipline Manage a team of 10 person and above
