Key Responsibilities Lead tax planning
and compliance management for the company's overseas operations, with a primary
focus on Southeast Asia
(including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines) and selective Middle East jurisdictions Monitor and ensure compliance with local tax regulations, international tax standards, and cross‑border tax requirements across multiple jurisdictions Act as the key liaison with overseas tax authorities, external auditors, accounting firms, and professional advisors Prepare, review, and consolidate international tax filings, reports, and disclosures; identify potential tax risks and provide mitigation and optimization recommendations Support tax structuring analysis and solution design for international business operations, new market entries, and cross‑border transactions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related discipline Strong bilingual proficiency in
English and Mandarin Chinese , both used as working languages Solid understanding o f tax frameworks in major Southeast Asian countries and international taxation principles 5+ years of experience
in multi‑jurisdiction tax roles, preferably with hands‑on exposure across Southeast Asia Experience from
multinational corporations,
fintech , financial services, or professional services firms is highly preferred
