Procurement Executive – Mobile Phone Accessories, Singapore

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially driven Procurement Executive to manage the sourcing and purchasing of mobile phone accessories such as chargers, cables, power banks, earphones, phone cases, screen protectors, and related products. The role involves supplier management, price negotiations, inventory coordination, house brand development, sales performance tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products at competitive costs. Key Responsibilities Source and procure mobile phone accessories from local and overseas suppliers. Compare quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking. Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation. Conduct market research on trending products, pricing, and competitor offerings. Work closely with sales and warehouse teams to forecast demand and inventory needs. Ensure products meet quality standards and company requirements. Track shipment schedules and follow up on delivery timelines. Resolve supplier issues related to delays, defects, or discrepancies. Maintain accurate procurement records and inventory reports. Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvements. House Brand & Product Development Source and identify suitable OEM/ODM manufacturers and suppliers to develop the company's house brand mobile phone accessories. Coordinate product development activities including product specifications, packaging, branding, pricing, and launch timelines. Conduct supplier evaluations to ensure quality, pricing competitiveness, and production reliability for house brand products. Work closely with management and sales teams to identify opportunities for new house brand products based on market demand and trends. Sales Performance & Revenue Tracking Monitor and analyze sales performance and revenue generated from mobile phone accessories and house brand products. Prepare regular sales, margin, and profitability reports for management review. Work closely with the sales team to identify high-performing products and recommend inventory and product strategies. Product Training & Sales Support Conduct product knowledge training for sales staff to ensure they are well-informed on product features, specifications, and selling points. Develop training materials, product guides, and briefing sessions for newly launched accessories and house brand items. Gather feedback from customers and sales staff to support continuous product improvement and merchandising strategies.
