Support daily R&D, engineering, and production operations including DOE runs, engineering lots, and process qualification
Operate and support semiconductor equipment across various modules (lithography, wet process, coating, dry process, metrology)
Monitor and control process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate, chemical concentration, etc.)
Operate and monitor manufacturing/process equipment
Perform equipment setup, qualification, and basic troubleshooting
Handle engineering lots and support process activities
Monitor machine alarms and ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate production records and logs
Ensure compliance with SOP, safety, and cleanroom procedures
Work closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to improve process stability and efficiency
Perform proper shift handovers and support continuous improvement activities
Requirements
Diploma / NITEC in Engineering or related discipline
Experience in manufacturing, production, engineering support, or equipment operation is preferred
Semiconductor or cleanroom experience will be an advantage
Familiar with SOP-driven and fast-paced working environments
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in cleanroom environment and rotating shifts
Positive attitude with willingness to learn
