Human Resource Manager, Singapore

Job Description
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance employee communication, engagement, and overall performance Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and related administrative tasks Collaborate with HR team members to implement initiatives that support business growth and scalability Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations in Singapore, working closely with relevant authorities Source and manage partnerships with external vendors, government agencies, and institutions for funding, grants, and sponsorship opportunities Oversee the renewal and administration of licenses, contracts, and insurance on a monthly and annual basis Support organizational change initiatives, including communication strategies and transition planning Full control and handling of payroll preparation and processing Understand and support hiring needs across different industries Handling onsite evaluation and training processes Handle employee relations matters, providing support and resolution where necessary Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, including 2 years of experience in managerial position Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven ability to manage team resources and ensure adequate staffing and capability levels Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
