Assist Student Management team in conducting preliminary investigations and fact-finding interviews. Obtain student and witness statements where appropriate and compile evidence and prepare structured incident reports to relevant KPs for directions Closing the loop by communicating with parents, staff and students Engage students meaningfully during detention sessions. Maintain attendance and behavioral records during the detention sessions. Support learning continuity during suspension through liaising with Year Heads. Supervise and manage detention class students in school during afternoons (or morning when required) from Monday to Friday Relevant knowledge and experience in handling teenagers in school context is preferred Multiple Work Locations.
