QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR, Singapore

Job Scope Perform daily quality checks and inspections on raw materials, production processes, finished goods & returned goods. Perform daily hygiene inspection to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (e.g., SFA, ISO, HACCP). Monitor temperature, cleanliness, packaging, labeling, and shelf-life during inspections. Supervise a team of hygiene officers to ensure cleanliness (machinery, processing area etc.) Monitor usage and replenish stocks of cleaning compound and sanitizers. Report and record non-conformities work with production to investigate and resolve quality issues. Maintain accurate QC documentation and inspection records. Enforce GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), personal hygiene, and proper handling procedures among production staff. Assist in training production line staff on daily incoming/outgoing product inspection, in process and end product inspection. Support hygiene training and improvement initiatives related to food safety and quality control Preferably from Food Manufacturing industry. 5 Day week (inclusive of Saturdays / Public Holidays)
