Customer Service Executive (Garden Centre / Retail Environment) About Us We are one of Singapore's largest garden centres, where nature meets customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional service to retail and wholesale customers. Assist with plant selections, gardening products, and related merchandise. Proactively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Deliver a seamless customer journey, from enquiry to purchase and after-sales support. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits. Develop product knowledge in plants, plant care, soil, fertilizers, pots, and gardening tools. Identify plants and provide care instructions with confidence. Manage Point of Sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently. Support product displays, replenishment, and maintain an attractive retail environment. Respond promptly to customer enquiries and handle concerns professionally. Collaborate with team members during peak hours, events, and promotions. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of retail and outdoor garden areas. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and support stock management tasks. Job Requirements Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset. Energetic, physically fit, and comfortable working outdoors (sun and rain included). Strong communication skills in spoken and written English. Basic IT literacy and ability to operate POS systems. Interest in plants, gardening, and nature. Willingness to learn and grow in a new industry. Team player who isn't afraid to get hands dirty. Must be willing to work at least one weekend day.
