Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact A professional with key responsibilities to assist the Manager in business planning, contract and customer management and the supporting operations functions, to meet company's immediate and long-term strategic objectives, as well as with business operations to ensure fulfilment of contracts.
Be Part of Our Success Support Operation Centres by providing them necessary policy advise from the financial and business perspectives. Assist in contract management of fulfilment of Service Level Agreement (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Perform Data and Business analysis on projects and survey results Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordinating access requests for new and existing staff Responsible for maintaining and updating of all associated contractual documentations and records Participate in projects such as process risk management, re-engineering, quality improvement, etc. Be part of the team to drive Business Excellence movement (Bizsafe, Business Continuity Management, Service Quality Class etc) in the company
Qualities We Value Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Economics preferred Committed individual who is meticulous, possess strong leadership qualities and a good team player Possess good analytical and able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to meet critical deadlines Excellent interpersonal and communication skills IT Savy and good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point Experience in contract management and negotiation will be an added advantage
