Business & Sales Management Drive sales and achieve store targets Analyse store performance and implement improvement plans Monitor staffing, stock management, and operational costs Manage monthly store expenses and productivity
Team Leadership Lead and motivate the retail team to deliver excellent customer service Provide coaching, training, and regular feedback to staff Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive work environment Manage staff scheduling, development, and performance Recruit and develop future leaders within the team
Store Operations Ensure the store is clean, organised, safe, and well-merchandised Oversee stock freshness and back-of-house organisation Ensure proper cash handling and banking procedures are followed Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Requirements Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for customer service and retail operations Ability to manage and motivate a team Organised, proactive, and business-minded Retail management experience preferred
