Work Location - Bartley Working Hours - Mon to Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm Monthly Salary - up to $2800 11 months contract Job Scope: Manage front counter operations and attend to enquiries Handle incoming calls and provide administrative support to the General Office Assist in managing the sickbay by attending to unwell and providing first-aid to students. (e.g.: open wound such as knee abrasion, cut finger, nose bleeding, fever Handle lost and found money and items. Assist in admin duties such as data entry, filing, laminating, sorting of mails, etc. Packing and dissemination of brochures, forms and information booklets. Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the reception area and sick bay. Pack items into carton boxes Any other duties assigned when required. Requirements: GCE 'N' Levels and above Prior experience in school environment would be an advantage Knowledge in First Aid Good communication skills Proficient in MS Office Interested candidates, kindly email your resume to:
