Role Description This part-time, hybrid position for a Training Coordinator is based in Singapore with flexibility for some remote work. The key responsibilities include planning and organizing training programs, developing curriculum, managing training schedules, and coordinating with diverse stakeholders. The Training Coordinator will collaborate closely with the team to ensure efficient execution and delivery of all training-related activities while focusing on the development and growth of participants through tailored learning solutions.
Qualifications Proficiency in Training Coordination and managing training schedules and resources effectively Strong background in Training & Development with a focus on creating and implementing impactful programs Excellent Communication skills for engaging with team members, partners, and participants Experience in Employee Training and facilitating learning opportunities Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Familiarity with the sports industry and passion for sports initiatives is a plus Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
