Arup is seeking an experienced Associate Principal Structural Engineer to help lead our Property Structures team in Singapore, driving technical excellence, business growth, and team development. This is a strategic leadership role that blends design expertise, client engagement, and operational management within a globally respected firm. The Opportunity . Lead, manage, and grow a high-performing structural engineering team focused on property and tall building projects . Drive business development by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and strengthening market presence . Guide the delivery of complex structural designs and ensure quality, sustainability, and compliance in all project outputs . Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-impact team culture . A degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering and eligibility for PE . Extensive experience in the structural design of tall buildings and consultancy leadership . Proven commercial acumen with the ability to drive profitability and identify market trends . Strong communication and strategic thinking skills, with experience influencing clients and stakeholders .
