Job Responsibilities: Manage and resolve cases end-to-end, including analysis, investigation, coordination, and follow-up Liaise with appellants, stakeholders, and agencies to gather information, provide guidance, and ensure smooth case processing Prepare reports, submissions, and recommendations while supporting audits and ensuring compliance Identify process gaps, drive improvements, and handle administrative tasks and enquiries efficiently Job Requirements: Minimum Nitec/Diploma with at least 1 year customer service experience.
