1) Routine Caregiving Provide responsive care through daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and hygiene. 2) Safe & Engaging Environment Create a safe, clean, and engaging environment for infants. 3) Developmental Activities Plan and conduct age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities. 4) Early Communication Encourage bonding and early communication through meaningful interactions. 5) Observe, Document & Report Monitor infants' health, routines, and developmental milestones accurately and consistently. 6) Family Engagement Communicate regularly with families to support each child's growth. What We're Looking For
- Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) or equivalent certification - ECDA Certified - At least 2 years of experience in infant care or early years environment - Strong understanding of infant developmental needs and caregiving routines - Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to nurturing young children - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
