Working location: Loyang
Responsibilities : Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining and repair requirements.
Perform repair and maintenance work using approved technical data, job instructions, and standard operating procedures.
Set up, operate, and maintain machinery such as CNC, grinding, lapping, CMM, polishing, pressure blast, peening, lathe machines, and chemical cleaning lines.
Measure dimensions and tolerances using precision instruments such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers to ensure product accuracy.
Troubleshoot machine issues, perform basic repairs, and modify processes to achieve required performance standards.
Carry out daily 5S housekeeping and preventive maintenance using approved checklists.
Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
Support cross-training activities, supervise trainees, and assist in developing team technical capabilities.
Comply with all workplace safety requirements and report any unsafe conditions immediately.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
