Factory Production Manager, Singapore

Knowledge,Skills, Abilities Proven knowledge of cGMP requirements in Cosmetics /Pharmaceutical plants. Strong process understanding and a continuous improvement approach. Leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily factory operationsto meet production targets, delivery schedules, and operational KPIs. Lead and coordinate productionstaff, ensuring proper manpower allocation and smooth workflow acrossproduction lines. Implement and enforce quality assurance standards, SOPs, and work instructions throughout manufacturing processes. Conduct in‑process inspections and final product checks to ensure compliance with quality specifications. Investigate quality issues, non‑conformities, and customer complaints perform root cause analysis and implement CAPA actions. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001,GMP, or relevant quality management systems. Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits by preparing documentation and ensuring corrective actions are closed on time. Monitor production performance, defect rates, and rework levels implement improvement actions to reduce waste and downtime. Enforce workplace safety rules and ensure compliance with Singapore safety and environmental regulations. Train and coach operators on quality requirements, safety procedures, and best manufacturing practices. Prepare daily and monthly reports on production output, quality performance, and operational issues for management review. Perform any additional duties asassigned by Management Education & Experience Diploma / Degree in Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related discipline 2 -3 Years experience inmanufacturing with strong hands‑on QA/QC exposure Prior supervisory or team‑leadingexperience in a factory setting
