Role Description This is a professional role for a Residential Property Manager responsible for overseeing daily residential property operations, tenant relations, and property maintenance activities to ensure efficient management and high levels of resident satisfaction. The Residential Property Manager will be responsible for coordinating leasing support, handling tenant inquiries, supervising maintenance requests, and ensuring properties are maintained according to operational standards and company policies. Additional responsibilities include conducting property inspections, monitoring occupancy status, coordinating with vendors and service providers, preparing operational reports, and supporting budgeting and administrative processes. The role also involves resolving tenant concerns professionally, maintaining accurate property records, and collaborating with internal teams to improve operational performance and resident experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications • Strong understanding of residential property management operations and tenant relationship management • Knowledge of leasing coordination, maintenance procedures, and property administration processes • Ability to manage multiple tasks, resident concerns, and operational priorities effectively • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for tenant, vendor, and team coordination • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail • Familiarity with property management systems, reporting tools, and administrative documentation • Ability to handle tenant inquiries and maintenance issues professionally and efficiently • Strong coordination and multitasking skills to support smooth property operations • Understanding of budgeting, occupancy monitoring, and operational planning is an advantage • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative environment • Professional attitude, adaptability, and commitment to delivering high-quality resident service • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
