Quantity Surveyor (M&E) – Tendering (East), Singapore

Job Description: To prepare plans and documents for quotations to suppliers that will be used as basis for pricing. To obtains, compiles and evaluates quotations from the respective suppliers / vendors according to tender requirements. To prepare bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, material sourcing, measuring and estimating materials and labour costing. To carry out the detailed breakdown pricing. To have the understanding of Tenders with respect to scope of work, pricing schedule and non-material requirements. To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager. JobRequirements: Diploma Holder in Quantity Surveying / Building services. Minimum 2 to 3 years of Project Tendering experience. Understanding and knowledge in Design & Build Tender is preferred. Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Detailed and meticulous. Able to work independently.
