Description
Responsibilities Plan, organize and coordinate the movement of shipments based on customer/nominated office for export/import movement inclusive of booking confirmation and meeting customer's requirements. To provide timely, reliable, and complete update on status of orders to both customer/agents & the internal system. To ensure shipping documents are prepared correctly and sent on time to customers and updating the internal system. To offer sailing schedules and arrange booking with carrier, when required. To prepare invoices timely to customers/agents timely. To coordinate with depot & surveyor to ensure ISO tanks are ready for survey/collection. Any other work assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
