Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 ( depending on last drawn and experience ) Location: East ( Transport pick up ) Bonus: AWS / VB Shift duties ( shift allowances ) Responsibilities: Evaluate and implement new methods, technologies, and materials to enhance manufacturing processes and overall production capability.
Design and conduct Design of Experiments to identify critical process parameters and optimize product performance.
Develop and standardize machine operating procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
Lead the introduction and implementation of new processes into production environments.
Identify cost-reduction opportunities through material optimization and sourcing of alternative suppliers.
Perform root cause analysis on product defects and sample rejections, focusing on process-related issues and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Engineering Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Materials Science / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering
With experience in manufacturing / Electronics / Semicon industry
