Retail Sales Executive (StarHub) - Full Time, Singapore

Job Responsibilities: To handle sales of telecommunication products such as mobile phones, tablets, mobile-related accessories, service contracts (mobile, cable TV, broadband, etc.) and any other related services according to the Standard Operations Procedure with target To ensure all updated POS materials are displayed promptly To participate in roadshows, stock count, etc. To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service To manage issues that arise from customers (e.g. complaints, feedback, etc.) To maintain housekeeping and cleanliness within the outlet Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least 'N' Level or equivalent in any field Must be willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holiday Possess good interpersonal and communication skills Sales-driven and customer service oriented Product training will be provided Responsibility and Accountability Only Singaporean may apply More information 5 days' work week Working hours: 10.30am to 9.30pm Multiple work locations: Islandwide (High traffic shopping malls) Successful applicants would be stationed at Causeway Point for training and/or work Starting pay starts from $1,850 per month Low basic / Incentive / High Commission (No Cap) Upon confirmation, average gross salary starts from $2,500 (Basic + Incentive + Commission + Overtime) Excellent benefits (medical, dental etc..) + 13 month salary + Group insurance coverage benefits + Other incentive Interested candidates (Singaporean/ SPR), please submit your latest resume.
