Front of House Barista
to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a warm, inclusive dining experience for all guests. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Front of House . Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude . Take orders accurately and process payments via POS system . Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations . Handle customer feedback and resolve minor issues calmly Barista & Beverage Preparation . Prepare coffee, tea, smoothies, juices, and specialty beverages to AMGD standards . Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all drinks . Maintain cleanliness of coffee machine, bar area, and equipment . Monitor stock levels of ingredients and inform supervisor of low inventory Operations & Hygiene . Maintain overall cleanliness of front-of-house, including tables, counters, and dining area . Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times . Support opening and closing duties (setting up / cleaning / restocking) . Work closely with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations Inclusivity & Ambassadorship . Support AMGD's mission of inclusivity at Enabling Village . Provide respectful and patient service to guests from all backgrounds and abilities . Be a positive ambassador for the AMGD brand and values Requirements . Previous experience as a barista or in F&B is an advantage (training provided) . Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills . Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment . Able to work weekends and public holidays if required .
