F&B Operations Executive (Halal Food Manufacturing & Automation), Singapore

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated F&B Operations Executive to support Halal food manufacturing operations by ensuring smooth production, compliance with MUIS Halal standards, and effective coordination of automated equipment to maintain consistent product quality. Responsibilities Oversee production workflow to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency Monitor and support automated machinery to ensure continuous and reliable production Ensure full compliance with MUIS Halal, HACCP, and ISO22000 standards to uphold food safety and quality Conduct regular hygiene and safety inspections to maintain a safe production environment Manage raw material and packaging inventory using FIFO methods to prevent spoilage and waste Maintain accurate production logs and operational records for traceability and reporting purposes Collaborate effectively with team members to resolve production issues and improve processes Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in food manufacturing or F&B operations, preferably within a Halal environment Understanding of production processes, food safety protocols, and basic automation equipment Ability to travel regularly to Malaysia for operational support
