Job Summary Join TLSC as an Administrative Executive to support club operations, assist management, coaches, and members, and help run Learn-To-Swim and Competitive Programs efficiently. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to management, coaches, and members to ensure smooth club operations Manage and respond promptly to inquiries from members and the public to maintain positive engagement Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and children to support program participation Coordinate scheduling for club activities including new and replacement classes, leaves of absence, and fee payments to ensure accurate planning Assist with fee collection and respond to membership inquiries to maintain financial and membership records Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records and databases to support club administration Preferred competencies and qualifications Previous experience in an administrative role or demonstrated strong willingness to learn through provided training Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to perform administrative tasks efficiently Strong organizational and time management skills to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus to engage members and parents Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data management Other Information Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Commission pay Work Schedule 5.5 days per week, weekdays off only
