Process & Automation Support Assist in mapping current manual processes and identifying improvement opportunities Support documentation of automation workflows (e.g. Power Automate or scripts) Create simple documentation for automation solutions and usage guides Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparing test cases, executing tests, and logging issues Data Operations & Reporting Perform data cleaning, standardisation, and preparation for system updates or migration Conduct data validation and cross-checks to ensure accuracy and consistency Support the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards for management use Work with structured and unstructured data using Excel and other tools Requirements: Comfortable with Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) and handling datasets Experience or exposure in UAT and/or system testing preferred Knowledge of VBA, Python, or Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage Familiar with Power BI or Tableau will be a plus
