The Role As a RPO Recruiter, you'll act as a
trusted recruitment partner
to one of our clients from the Telco Tech sector based on-site at our client office in Changi Business Park, Singapore, owning the full recruitment cycle end-to-end. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role suited for someone with grit, commercial instinct, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
You will: Manage the
full recruitment lifecycle
from gathering requirement from the hiring team, sourcing, screening, interview coordination up to offer closure. Work closely with Talent Acquisition Lead to fulfill internal hiring. Source candidates via job ads, headhunting, market mapping, referrals, and networking. Build and maintain strong
candidate and client relationships Conduct interviews, coordinate client interviews, negotiate offers, and manage follow-ups. Continuously build and maintain a high-quality talent database. Deliver against hiring targets while maintaining quality and professionalism.
What We're Looking For 1-2 years of tech recruitment experience . Strong interest in
recruitment/talent acquisitions and relationship management. Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Able to take initiative, manage priorities, and commit to results
