Events Project Manager (TCG/Gaming), Singapore

We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager to lead roadshows at Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), manage TCG (Trading Card Game) gym battles, and oversee TCG account servicing. The role requires someone who can coordinate multiple events, engage participants effectively, manage TCG accounts, and stay informed on market trends to ensure programs remain relevant and impactful. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute campus roadshows at IHLs, from concept to on-site management.
Manage TCG gym battles, including scheduling, logistics, participant engagement, and on-site execution.
Serve as the main point of contact for TCG accounts, ensuring smooth operations, timely support, and alignment with campaign objectives.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to develop event materials, campaigns, and engagement strategies.
Monitor TCG, campus, and gaming market trends to inform event and account strategies.
Track budgets, monitor expenses, and provide reports on project performance.
Build and maintain relationships with campus partners, TCG accounts, and community stakeholders.
Analyze event and account performance data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Provide post-event reporting with actionable insights for future initiatives.
Requirements: Proven experience in project management, event coordination, or account management.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge or passion for TCG, gaming, or campus engagement is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
KPIs / Success Metrics: Number of campus roadshows executed successfully at IHLs.
Quest cards completed by participants during campus roadshows.
Attendance and engagement in TCG gym battles.
Timely resolution and satisfaction of TCG account requests.
Budget adherence and cost efficiency of events.
Post-event reports completed with actionable insights.
Adjustments made based on market trends to improve event outcomes.
