Work location: Central Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours Salary: up to $2460 per month
6 months contract Job Scope: Enhance work processes and customer relations to elevate service quality. Lead customer service surveys, analyse feedback, and drive process improvements. Track application payment and security checks to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate preparation, distribution, and courier services for streamlined logistics and timely delivery. Conduct quality checks on returned dosimeters, maintain communication with customers, and manage courier job lists to ensure quality assurance.
