PROCUREMENT MANAGER, Singapore

JOB PURPOSE:
The Procurement Manager will lead the strategic sourcing and operational procurement of critical high-precision components and materials essential for semiconductor equipment manufacturing. You will manage a global supply chain to support UMS's role as a leading integrated for front-end chip-making equipment. You also will be responsible for ensuring a stable supply of raw materials (e.g., aluminium, steel) and specialized components while optimizing costs and maintaining rigorous quality standards required for the semiconductor and aerospace industries.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration. Minimum 5-8 years of procurement experience in
manufacturing ,
precision engineering , or
semiconductors . Proven track record in managing global supply chains and negotiating with international mills.
Proficiency in Epicor and
Microsoft BC365 Advanced knowledge of raw material markets (e.g., LME aluminium pricing).
Strong negotiation, analytical mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Finance teams. Fluency in bilanguage
