Role Name: Proposal Writer – Software Solutions & Services (or Bid Writer / Pre-Sales Proposal Specialist)
Key Responsibilities ·Proposal Development: Draft, edit, and structure proposals for software solutions, services, delivery models, and product offerings. ·Content Management: Maintain a library of reusable proposal content, case studies, and templates. ·Collaboration: Work closely with sales, delivery, technical, and project teams to gather inputs and translate them into compelling proposals. ·Client Focus: Tailor proposals to client requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with RFP/RFI guidelines. ·Value Articulation: Highlight differentiators, ROI, and competitive advantages of solutions and services. ·Quality Assurance: Ensure proposals are clear, concise, and professionally formatted, with consistent messaging and branding. ·Deadline Management: Coordinate proposal timelines, ensuring submissions are completed on schedule. ·Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in proposal writing.
Ideal Candidate Profile ·Strong background in technical writing, business communication, or pre-sales. Experience in software/IT services, project delivery, or product-based proposals. ·Experience in banking background is a plus ·Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills. ·Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously. ·Familiarity with RFP/RFI processes and proposal management tools.
