Office Scanning Admin Officer (MNC Company), Singapore

Job Description: Office desk-bound role Logistic handling, collection, unpacking of carton boxes Manual document preparation for scanning including removal of paper clips, staples, book bindings etc. Operate high-speed production scanners equipment Scan and archive documents including archival of original hardcopy documents Document Quality Checking of Scanning and Indexing and final output Check if there are any double feeding between the rollers, remove paper jam and perform simple cleaning of rollers Document reassembly (including rebinding), Packing, labelling, delivery and return of carton boxes Arrange disposal of carton boxes as required Processing of hardcopy applications according to systems provided Processing of softcopy applications received from different internal channels & processing it into systems provided Assist in any assigned ad-hoc tasks.
