Job Summary
Support trade operations and financial processes by ensuring data accuracy, monitoring compliance, coordinating with external parties, and assisting management with operational initiatives and reporting. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy and integrity of static data, accounting records, and general ledger entries. Support daily trade operations including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation within required deadlines. Monitor trade activities and operational controls, ensuring timely identification and resolution of discrepancies and exceptions. Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and other external service providers to confirm transactions and resolve operational issues. Monitor compliance with agreements, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and escalate breaches or risks when identified. Identify, assess, and escalate compliance, operational, and financial risks in a timely manner. Support preparation of financial reports, audit reports, and regulatory/statutory submissions. Assist in daily accounting operations, including invoice processing, ledger maintenance, and month-end reconciliation. Support implementation of new regulatory requirements and assist in maintaining corporate policies, procedures, and governance documentation. Assist COO and management team in coordinating special projects, operational initiatives, and ad hoc business requirements. Requirements:
Diploma or above degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent professional qualification. 1+ year of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome). Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and coordination skills. Good team player with a proactive and responsible attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
