Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of assigned
TikTok account (Official account)
matrices, including content publishing, posting schedules, campaign execution, comment moderation, and public sentiment monitoring. Take full ownership of assigned TikTok account and be accountable for achieving daily performance targets, including average daily view metrics. Execute content strategies in close collaboration with content promotion teams and relevant stakeholders to maximize overall content performance. Monitor account performance on an ongoing basis, identify potential risks such as traffic decline or distribution limitations, and provide timely feedback along with basic performance analysis. Ensure content compliance and copyright safety to maintain the long-term health, stability, and credibility of the accounts.
Requirements 1–3 years of experience in social media account operations; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage (Bahasa Melayu or Viet). Strong understanding of short-form video platforms, particularly
TikTok , including content formats, algorithm mechanics, audience targeting, and platform best practices. Excellent content judgment and trend sensitivity, with the ability to quickly identify emerging topics, viral patterns, and creative opportunities. Experience contributing to viral or high-performing content is a plus. Strong execution capabilities and a high sense of ownership, with the ability to take responsibility for daily account performance and results. Passion for diverse forms of entertainment content, particularly C-content, including films, television series, variety shows, and dramas. As this role involves managing the official Malay/Viet account and engaging with language-specific markets, proficiency in Bahasa Melayu or Viet at an intermediate to advanced level will be considered a significant advantage.
