Executive Assistant (Global Private Bank), Singapore

A leading global private bank in Singapore is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide full-spectrum administrative and operational support to a team of senior bankers and their clients.
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to a busy private wealth management team. Coordinate bankers' schedules, meetings, business travel and related logistics. Prepare and process expense claims in an accurate and timely manner. Handle general office administration: maintain office supplies and equipment, liaise with IT/desk support to ensure smooth functioning of phones and computers, and manage seating plans for new hires and office moves. Provide on-the-ground support to visiting team members from other offices. Undertake and deliver ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the team.
Requirements 3–5 years of experience in private banking or wealth management; other banking experience will be considered. Fluency in English and Chinese, with strong reading and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure and tight deadlines. Proactive, motivated, and detail-oriented personality with good judgment and professional conduct. Collaborative team player who can also work independently and take initiative. Demonstrated accuracy and high attention to detail in daily work. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams.
