Inventory Executive (Exp in inventory management in 3PL / …, Singapore

Responsibilities: - . Ensure integrity of all inventory held at DSV Logistics site/s . Monitor, maintain and report all product movement inclusive of receipt, despatch and storage . Ensure supervision is maintained over all inventory functionality . Identifying and investigation of all stock discrepancies . Manage daily cycle counts and wall to wall storage location checks to ensure integrity of clients inventory . Co-ordinate & manage stock takes including scheduling, updating procedures, assembling all required resources, reconcile stock take results . Performs physical counts of inventory . Maintains WMS databases . Review action plans and develop or recommend changes to systems and procedures to improve the overall inventory accuracy . Provide support to internal customers . Inventory planning on an ongoing and periodic basis . Participate in site and client planning activities . Communicate with operations team and customer service in relation to product discrepancies and product movement inclusive of receipt, despatch and storage Requirements: - Min 2yrs exp of inventory, warehouse and
3PL industry
Knowledge in
LEAN, Kaizen
Good Team Player
Experience in WMS / SAP or Excel
