About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee both day and night security operations at our assignment. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and able to manage a team while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate day/night security officers on-site Ensure compliance with assignment SOPs and company policies Manage daily operations, incident reporting, and documentation Liaise professionally with the client to address security matters Conduct regular site checks to maintain safety and security standards Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the security team Respond to emergencies, incidents, and escalations promptly
Requirements Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good leadership, organisational, and conflict-management abilities Ability to work independently and handle client-facing duties Valid security licences with SS rank
